Roberts' Folk Art

This section of our website is for our folk art pieces.

This is a wooden bench we made to decorate the front porch. It is fully functional, and very sturdy! And yes, those are real logs holding it up.

Looking for an alternative to hanging stockings on the hearth? Look no farther! this stocking tree is a very nice alternative to the Hearth, not only is is movable so you can have your stockings wherever you wish, but it also eliminates the possibility of the stockings starting a fire. (Unless you place it directly by the fireplace.)

As you can see, it holds a lot of stockings, but does not look shabby with only a few on it. This model can hold up to seven stockings, but the number needed can be adjusted specifically for you!

This is one of many possible displays that can be assembled with our hand made ornaments, and this train set. (The train set was decorated by us, but not assembled.)

This is our Angel Ornament, it can be painted more than shown, or it can be left completely blank for do it yourself projects.

These are the present tree and the drum ornaments, both of which give the real meaning of Christmas. they too come in painted and unpainted, a perfect gift for anyone who likes to paint, or decorate!

And these are the classic Pine tree and the stocking ornaments. the stocking comes in painted or unpainted, while the pine tree is only unpainted.

This is the manger scene that symbolizes the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ. This, as well as most of our other ornaments comes in painted or unpainted.

This is the largest ornament we have made. This one symbolizes the classic song of Silent Night, Complete with an inscription of the song name. this one comes in unpainted only.

This is an ornament expressing the sentiments of the Angels as they spoke to the shepherds. This ornament comes in unpainted only.

This is a folk art wreath we made as a present to my mother, each child in our house painted something to put on it, and Dad did his and moms.

This is a hand made Advent wreath made by my father.there is holly around the wreath and the angels are the legs.

This is a candle holder made by my younger brother and my father, it's made of rough cut oak, and a stick from the local beaver dam, that have been finished with stain and polyurethane.

these are picture frames of different sizes. the top one is 9 X 13, and the other two are 11 X 14, they are made of 100+ year old barn wood.

This is a close up of the smaller frame.

this is the larger frame,

this is the same size as the one above, but had pegs holding together the corners.

Picture frames can be made to any specific size, and the peg design is available with all sizes.
